Product safety and compliance is crucial to an equipment manufacturer’s ability to understand and meet standards and regulations, as well as the safety expectations of their customers across the United States and around the globe.
A record number of attendees gathered in Lincolnshire, Illinois last week to attend the 2018 Product Safety and Compliance Seminar. In addition to learning the building blocks of an effective product safety program, professionals in the off-road equipment industry received the latest updates on standards and regulations, proven industry practices for risk assessment, and opportunities to network with industry peers. Ultimately, attendees were able to walk away from this year’s seminar with the necessary tools to face current and future challenges related to product safety and compliance.
"You're learning something and bringing something back that's of significant value to your company, and a lot of times ends up saving your company money," said Deere & Company's Ayli Voshell.
